Cleaner Pastures offers a variety of concrete coatings for indoor and outdoor surfaces. Garages, cellars, pool decks, interior rooms, commercial areas, basically any concrete surface that needs an improvement is a candidate for a coating.
Coatings that we offer are epoxies, elastomeric (rubber), self-leveling hydraulic cement and micro toppings which is a polymer modified concrete. We also stain and dye concrete and add decorative saw cuts to produce one-of-a-kind floor.
Concrete Staining and sealing is the least expensive option for adding beauty to a concrete surface. Various colored stain and decorative saw cuts will beautify your surface. Saw cuts of various thickness are used to install a pattern into the surface or to separate colors. Patterns can consist of different sized rectangles, squares and curves. A water-based or solvent based sealer is used to seal the surface and protect the artwork.
Concrete Resurfacing consists of adding a layer of modified concrete over your existing concrete. This layer is only 1/16" to 1/8" and gives your surface a complete face-lift at a much lower cost than removal and replacement. The most simple overlay is a trowel down texture. The overlay (modified concrete) is sprayed on to the surface then troweled (knocked down). This gives the surface a slip resistance texture.
Stencils are used to give the look of stone. Stenciles are use to form motar joints and the shape of the stone. Some examples of stencils types are slate, brick and cobblestone. Click on "Stencil Patterns" below to see some examples.
Cleaner Pastures also cleans concrete surfaces. This includes large commercial locations to residential pool surrounds. Soils and stains are removed by the combination of proper chemical and high pressure equipment. Poultices are used to remove petroleum based product stains (oil & grease) from the concrete. An optional penetrating sealer can be applied to the surface to make for easier stain removal.
Our concrete surface preparation service is used for preparing the surface to bond with epoxy overlays. Crack repair, acid etching and grinding processes are used to prepare the surface for a successful seemless epoxy floor installation.
