Let us give you a quote for restore your bath shower stall to its initial beauty. By re-grouting and re-caulking molded, mildewed or soiled surrounds we restore your tub or bath stall to like-new condition. We also inspect the shower for loose tiles and water damage
Shower stalls start to show years of use by mildew building up in areas where there is not adaquate air flow to dry the area quickly. In other cases the shower is just old and the materials start to fail. The grout or caulking starts to break down and gives mildew a foot hold. The result of this is frequently water leakage behind the shower causing loose tiles, rotted wooden studs, and possibly water damage in rooms below the shower.
Regrouting - This is the only way to really get a clean shower or bath stall. Dirty grout is removed and replaced.
Recaulking - All caulking is removed. The area must be clean and dried completely before installing the new caulking. Only 100% waterproof silicone caulk is used. This type of caulk does not shrink and is fully waterproof when dried.
Soap Scum Treatment - This is a waxy buildup noticable at the bottom of the shower. This dulls the tile and makes the shower harder to clean.
Hard Water Deposites - Normally from high mineral content in the water. Deposites build up over time and are difficult to remove.
Repairs - Repair of loose or cracked tiles
