It is recommended that the grout be sealed after a cleaning to protect it from staining. The penetrating sealer will fill the pores of the grout and assist in keeping the grout clean. We use only the best sealers available.
If necessary any cracked or damaged tiles can be replaced or repaired before the cleaning takes place. We use color matched polyester resin to fill divits, cracks and holes to blend the damage tile with the rest of the floor.
