Clear Grout Sealing - A penetrating, protective sealer fills the porous structure of the
grout to guard against staining. It does not alter the appearance of grout or tile. It is
recommended to get your grout sealed after a professional cleaning. It also aids in keeping
grout lines cleaner longer.

Grout Cleaning - Grout lines become discolored because of it's gritty surface. Food,
grease and dirt get trapped in the nooks and crannies of the grout. Grout does not easily
release these soils. We use two types of chemicals specifically made to clean your grout .
Every grout line is scrubbed with a narrow grout V-shaped brush. We have found that this
is needed because the grout is recessed compared to the tile. In most cases your grout will
clean up to your satisfaction. If not, there is the option of color sealing. During your on-site
quote, we will clean a small area so you can decide for yourself if a cleaning will meet your
expectations or if a color seal would be a better option for your floor.

Grout Re-Coloring - Also known as Color Sealing. A colored Sealer is applied to the top
of your grout. It forms a barrier so that spills can not penetrate into the grout. It also fills
in the nooks and crannies of the grout where dirt likes to hide. The Color sealer releases
soils from the grout lines easier than grout does, so a color sealed grout line stays cleaner
longer. It also cleans up easier than grout.
