This is our premium service for people who want clean, uniform grout with out sealing ievery few years. We have performed over 100 color seal installations in New Hampshire. Our color seal service is second to none. Our customers have been extreemly pleased with the results. No longer do they have to put up with a floor that is hard to clean or re-soils quickly.

The Expected life time of a color seal installation is 10 years if maintained correctly. What happens is that the color seal will get thin but will not flake or peal. By cleaning and re-applying the color sealer another 10 years can be expected. It doesnt really "fail". Usefull life time will depend on foot traffic and maintenance.
